All crew registering with the Erica Lay Crew Company (EL CREW CO) confirms to the best of their knowledge that all information provided is both accurate and correct. Registered crew acknowledge that EL CREW CO reserves the right to terminate all business relations with anyone providing them with misleading or false information. If the crew member has already been placed by EL CREW CO, this will end in dismissal.

The content and design of the website pages are subject to copyright owned by Erica Lay or used under licence from third party copyright owners. You are welcome to print pages for your personal use but no part of this website may be reproduced or transmitted for any other purpose.

From time to time this Website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided in order to enhance the interest of other featured content and are not intended to signify that EL CREW CO endorses or otherwise has any responsibility for the content of the linked website. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of its use is subject to the laws of Spain.

As a Data Processor, we will process all Candidate Data strictly on behalf of our candidates in accordance with our contractual agreements with them and/or as required or permitted by law.

Candidate Information means Personal Data we collect from visitors to our website, data we collect about our candidates or prospective candidates, clients, service providers, professional advisers, consultants and other third parties in the course of doing business.

Candidate Data

Candidate Data means Personal Data which our candidates input or upload into the Crew Profile section on the EL CREW CO website.

All Customer Data is processed in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

Services Data means the data that resides on EL CREW CO, or third party systems to which EL CREW CO has provided access to perform services, including cloud, test and development environments, in order to perform any of the services, including but not limited to:

How we use Candidate Information?

This privacy notice tells you how we will collect and use your Personal Data to process any application for employment. We may also collect non-personally identifying information about your visit to our websites based on your browsing activities.

Why does EL CREW CO need to collect and store Candidate Information?

In order for us to find you the right position, we examine your Personal Data. We are committed to ensuring that the information we collect and use is appropriate for this purpose, and does not constitute an invasion of your privacy.

Will EL CREW CO share Candidate Information with anyone else?

We may pass your Personal Data on to potential employers, contracted to EL CREW CO in the course of dealing with you. Any third parties that we may share your data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to consider you for potential employment within their organisation. When they no longer need your data to fulfil this service, they will dispose of the details in line with EL CREW COs procedures.
