Looking for minimum yachtmaster offshore and 1-2yrs experience on large sail yachts as this yacht has a big rig, and big loads. Not a green position. The bosun will be overseeing the deck/stew - she is interior when boss on and exterior when boss off. Palma based yacht. Lots of opportunity for sailing, learning, and also getting off the yacht! In the winter they go to St Barth's for the bucket, then come home again. It's not a super busy programme. Salary DOE €3500.
