They have a relief captain on at the mo who can cover for anyone needing to do a notice period. Yacht runs with a crew of 4; chef, stew, deck, and captain. Shared cabin with the decky. Salary €8k plus quite a bit of time off - it's not a rotational programme BUT the relief captain steps on to cover all deliveries, yard periods etc, giving the guest captain maximum time off. Looking for someone with good leadership skills, soft management skills, not just boat driving - as it's a guest captain role they want someone who is happy and confident in front of guests, and also a fab mentor for the crew. They want to build a strong and stable, happy team. All candidates must be willing to undergo/provide a criminal record check.
