Pretty laid back programme, cruising the Med, owners are liveaboard until October. Full time role. Up to 6 guests. Light, Med, easy food. Starting around 10 June. Current chef is retiring from the industry. The captain says: The role would be suited to someone who really wants to impress and has stamina. The guests are super simple for food, they like fresh produce and actually do a lot of the provisioning themselves!! So we don’t need big chef energy trying to redesign how to present soup just simple well constructed healthy meals. Meat + Veg, fish + risotto – most of the stuff wouldnt look out of place at a good gastro pub…. that's the level/style we're after. We have Mr + Mrs on until 1st October with the family joining for 10-14 days over the summer. Six guests and six crew to feed max! They have eaten off a fair bit recently too. Yacht is mostly at anchor, with the occasional 2/3 nights in a marina. The owners have been very good at letting the crew have days off where possible, but the season will get busier as we roll into the summer. Itinerary – Med based for the summer, we would like the new chef to join in Montenegro then we will be heading to Greece for June, July + August then back to Montenegro for a haul out and then Vilanova for 2027. Next year is a global cruise departing the med in April and going to Portugal, England, Greenland, NE Canada, NE America, Florida, Caribbean and on to the pacific. Crew: Two Brazilian, one polish, one Saffa, English/Saffa rotating captains and the chef.
