Will be working alongside the Chief Mate, and running the deck crew. Looking for a hands on experienced sailor to teach, mentor and lead. A good team player. Must have some previous large SY experience. Salary €5k, 42 days leave. Private programme, they will be cruising the med this summer then off to the Caribbean for one boss trip and the Bucket before heading back to Palma in the spring. Two very experienced kiwi captains rotating. Total crew of 10 plus the chaseboat driver. Looking for a team player, with a good happy disposition. Owners are quite formal.
