English and Mediterranean cuisine This could be a seasonal position to end of October, or for the right person a fulltime position. Because in the winters there are no guests or owners onboard and we are generally Palma based, the owners say to drop the salary to €4,500 1st Nov to 31st March - 30 days paid holidays Once a crew member has been onboard one year, at the end of the following summer they are given a bonus of one months salary in October, as a thank you for their loyalty. The yacht is now a Private Yacht, Owners are English in their late sixties, and have a large extended family. Max 6 guests and the family rotate throughout the summer, normally giving 3 to 5 days between trips. Starting in May and finishing in October. Trips mainly France Italy and Greece, winters in Mallorca. We are five crew with a 6th girl just for a couple of months in the summer. Captain, Mate, Engineer, Chef, Stewardess.
