The captain is lovely (I placed him), he's Spanish. He is keen to find someone mature, able, and easy going with at the very least 2-3 yrs experience. He's recently joined and is getting the boat ship shape, and needs a good stew to join him and the mate on board. The owner brings their own chef, so they'd love someone who can do some crew cooking for the three of them when off trips, because the capt and mate aren't great in the galley... nothing too fancy required, they would just like someone who enjoys healthy good cooking. Main focus is the interior, so they're looking for someone super organised, who will enjoy setting up and running their own dept. They're a quiet crew, not party animals, both in their 40s. Salary is 4500euros plus 36 days leave, with view to a review after a year. Crew area is quite spacious, comfy with a nice galley. Off trips they all have their own cabins, on trip the four crew share two cabins. Relaxed family environment. Stew will also help on deck during maneouvres etc. Being a small crew it's expected that everyone pitches in to help each other.
