The owner wants someone who can really show off their cooking skills - mostly charter trips booked (8 so far) plus there will be a couple of short owner trips during the season. Vessel is on the way to Palma on Yacht Transport, arriving early May. They'd like the chef to start any time in May, first charter is early June in the Balearics (2nd to 9th). Next one is in Sardinia and Corsical. The chef has their own cabin but it's small - V shape forepeak. Lovely owners, great crew - captain is SA, deck is Italian, stew is from USA. Captain told me they're incredible - he's a superman on deck and she is one of the best stews he's ever worked with. They're fit and active and looking for a chef who wants to join in. Salary DOE, well above industry standard for an 80ft. May - October.
