The employment terms we are offering for the Mate role are: • €4,750 / month • 35 days leave per year • 6% annual salary increase to promote longevity • 1 x round-trip paid holiday flight • 4-week notice period • Access to crew training funds after 12 months. Current budget allowance is 12k annually per crew.
