Single season with a few trips during the summer around the Med. Very low crew turnover, some crew have been with the prog 10+ years, this engineer has been with them 5 and will step off end of April. The other engo has been with them 4 years and is looking for a good engineer to rotate with. Engo must be proactive, organised, switched on, and like Perinis! Any perini experience is a big plus. The yacht is maintained to high standards and will be heading into a 15 year refit soon. They are willing to consider a 2nd engineer stepping up (as long as they have Y3 and 5yrs exp). Would appreciate an easy going personality to fit in with the other crew. This yacht doesn't travel much - it's Palma based usually in winters, and is very quiet usage so not suitable for someone looking for a big adventurous programme. It's pretty stable. When at sea, engo shared a cabin with the 2nd engineer, when boat is at the dock or in the yard, he has his own cabin. Male due to the sharing. Starting salary is 8-8.5k DOE, with a review after 9mths, then every 24 mths thereafter.
