We propose a menu and she will change it but normally a fish for lunch and meat for dinner and pasta involved with vegetables. There is not so many dietary requirements, just no pork or alcohol as the guests are Muslim. 1st of April to the 1st of October employment. Six months temp. With the potential to be employed every six months and have the winter off. Salary is around €6-6500 Semi negotiable dependent on Experience. 38 days leave - this is accumulated so over the sixth months they would roughly get 17 days paid out at the end of the season. Broad Chef with many cuisine backgrounds, Service is fast paced. Breakfast mostly just fruits lunch service three course meal. Afternoon smoothie And fruit, With a three course evening meal. During service They like to eat the three course meal within about 40 to 45 minutes. As soon as the starter is down and they’re halfway through they start to prepare the main. Once the Stew has cleared it will be straight down with main. The galley is not the biggest space. They have upgraded it recently, It has a large rectangular window around chest height, New dishwasher appliances that only takes three minutes to wash, stove top and oven. Paco jet And a KitchenAid. It’s not a lot to work with, but it’s what they have. They have three large fridge freezers on board full length And a small ice cream fridge. 5 crew, three are from SA, one from South America and stew tbc. English spoken on board. Ages are 31-50. The yacht can sleep 4 guests at a time. Example itinerary: Sardinia Montenigro Turkey or Monaco. This year may do more Spain/Balearic. During summer the yacht varies staying in port and on anchor - usually max 2 days on anchor though. Guests like to eat off the boat a lot too. Driving license essential.
