Crew of 5, private yacht with fractional ownership (3 owners, they're from the US and Mexico). The program is well structured and consistent: - Season runs April through to early November - First trip: 3rd April | Last trip: early November - Typically two 11-day trips per month - Generally 1 day off + 2 prep days between trips - Yacht will also attend the Cannes Boat Show in September Role – Sole Chef - Focus on fresh, high-quality, and health-conscious cuisine, with some guests preferring lighter, clean eating styles - No heavy charter pressure, but professional standards expected - Ability to manage the galley independently (provisioning, planning, dietary preferences, etc.) Package - Salary: USD 6,000–6,500/month (depending on experience) - Leave: 30 days - Tips: USD 2,000 per crew member, per owner trip - Start: Early March (flexible by a few days) - Joining: Italy, fly into Bologna, yacht is located in Pesaro Crew & Living Setup - Young, active crew dynamic and fit. - Crew cabin is shared (3 crew: 1 bunk + 1 single) with a private bathroom. - Looking for someone comfortable in a shared cabin environment. it will be with deck/stew female SA, mate/eng male UK. - Where possible, they will utilise the guest twin cabin during longer breaks to improve crew comfort. - Varied and healthy food required, one fam member is very health conscious and low sugar. All families bring diff friends so chef must be able to adapt to different menus when required. Max 10 guests, some kids. Captain is looking for someone positive, organised, and adaptable who enjoys being part of a small, close-knit team and can deliver a consistently high standard with a focus on fresh and healthy cuisine.
