Nature, wildlife, ecology and exploration are central themes. Crew get involved and go on excursions with guests (there are expedition leaders, and guides). Vessel complies with MLC and flag regs, inc hours of work and rest. Rotation: 8-10 weeks, depending on schedule and other engineer. Flights and travel: all paid door-door Crew: 4 nautical crew, 2 service crew and 2 guides (8 total). Nautical crew consists of captain, mate, deckhand and engineer. Service crew consists of head of service and chef. Crew cabins: new since 2020 refit, single cabins with shared sanitary accommodation. salary: € 7000- 8000 monthly DOE paid on board only (+ MLC paid leave 2,5 days / 30 days worked).
