We are seeking a well-rounded team player with exceptional sailing skills to join our 95ft sailing yacht. The role includes coming to Maine to launch, do sea trials, commissioning June/July. Then potentially Caribbean. The yacht owners are experienced sailors, and we require candidates with strong sailing abilities, the ability to stand a solo watch if necessary, and proficiency in working a loft up the rig (37M) with the park avenue boom. Our intended cruising grounds are remote and less frequented compared to popular destinations like St. Tropez and St. Barthélemy. Additional guests are rare, and if present, they will likely be a second couple. We are seeking a passionate and adventurous sailor eager to embark on a new exciting program with a promising future. Salary depends on experience and 38 days leave a year. At the mo they're planning some cruising around US over winter, then summer 26 Norway, wintering in Spain, then 27 Med, Carib, 28 Panama canal, Alaska.
