Yacht details Location: Palma Type: Sail Length: 32m Usage: Charter Crew: 5 CREW VACANCY Job ID: 03607 32m SY Chef Starting 12 May in Palma. Male due to cabins. Ideally at least a season on sailing boat because they will be often cooking underway while sailing. No seasickness • Culinary training not essential • Generally quite easy guests and Mediterranean style food, however charter can be more challenging • Boss and family generally eat 2 course (or buffet) lunches, aperitifs and 3 course dinners daily. • Due to charter must have a wide range of repertoire, and comfortable with all different allergies/ requirements- eg vegan, pescatarian, GF, LF etc etc • EUR 5000 • Fulltime contract. This is a really busy boat, lots of owner use and charters in every gap. First charter is June 12, cruising Balearics, Corsica and Sardinia over summer. Palma in the Autumn then Carib season over winter. Open to chefs new to yachting. 38 days leave and SEA contract.
