Private Privilege 580 sailing catamaran, operates with two crew - the other being the UK captain. Owned by a lovely British family. Older couple will use it predominantly, with their three grown up sons coming and going across the season with their partners. Looking for a team player, the guests will get involved in sailing and some duties but are keen to find a good cook. Capt obvs helps with service and housekeeping. Stew gets own cabin. Salary is DOE and up to 4000euros. The right person will be confident, a strong sailor, happy on deck out, also able to work under own steam on the interior to keep things clean and tidy. May need to do some provisioning, tender runs, basically be an all rounder. Happy to engage with the family but also read the room and be respectful and leave them to it when appropriate. Nice family, easy going. Currently in Eastern Med but will be doing Italy, France and Western Med cruising.
