Minimum 4 years experience, YM offshore minimum, STCW etc. Strong, energetic, organised, good practical skills - paint, varnish, winch servicing etc. Small crew and busy deck means 75% practical, 25% paperwork. 6 crew, 6 guest, family yacht, occasional charter, plan to take part in superyacht cups and regattas in the future.
