Must be able to demonstrate strong sailing skills. This is an exciting opportunity for the right couple, the itinerary will be North Pacific circuit before returning to Europe – French Polynesia, Hawaii, Vancouver, Panama Canal, Bahamas, New England, Europe. This itinerary is expected to take three years. • Ideally Crew will already hold B1B2 or be US citizens but visas can be obtained in the future. • Captain required YM Ocean minimum and good diving experience. • Dive qualifications a plus for other crew. • Owner comes on board with guests and also with scientists/researchers. Max 3 guests at a time. • The owner has the highest of standards and expectations for his yacht, but has been generous with past employment packages, paying above industry standards. • Vessel runs with 3 crew. Open to a Captain and Chef/Stew Couple or just solo Captain at this stage. • Owner has requested: "They should be sailors as in use the sails rather than the diesel, be comfortable living onboard and being at sea. Obviously be fantastic hosts for guests aboard and be willing to coordinate and lead programs for guests. Must be water safe and friendly and non-prejudicial. Will sail 10k ish miles per year. Would be great if one of the crew was a master diver or dive master at a minimum. Safety conscious and experienced handling a yacht this size." Chef must have some experience cooking for different dietary requirements such as gluten free, low carb, general stuff.
