This is a non-rotational position offering a competitive salary and benefits, with a strong focus on performance and crew development. Male due to cabins. Dual season yacht with a base in Mallorca over summers. The team consist of 2nd Officer 3rd Officer, Bosun, Lead Deckhand and 5 deckhands. Caribbean season this year will be 7 dec to 14 feb.
